A charity client called me up. The organisation was transitioning from direct child sponsorship in Timor Leste to a community sponsorship model. “We need to communicate this to donors without alienating them or prompting them to cancel their support altogether.”

I worked with the client and my team at Change&Co to develop a pack which celebrated donor support to date, helped give them closure with a means to farewell their sponsored child, and clearly outlined the continued impact they could have if they kept donating.

The result? Almost no cancellations and a pain-free transition to the new model of sponsorship.
